This Machine is Great! In the morning I plug it in, in about an hour there's a bin of fun easy munchie bullet ice for my iced coffee. You have to hit the power button twice to start. Its portable so I can go anywhere (relatives) with an outlet and have my own ice. The machine is fast and easy to use I bought my daughter in law one as well. This is for the Less Priced Bullet ice machine (the black one). The first round of Ice will produce about a 32oz cup. if you keep refilling the bin thru our the day you will get the 20+ lbs of ice. The ice bin is not chilled so the ice melts as it sits but is recycled back into the water reservoir and the ice machine just keeps on running cycles until it's out of water. So Pretty Convenient. I definitely don't run out of ice anymore. They do make great gifts and there's no chemical smells ECT. Comparable to the machines sold at brand stores. it's got to weigh a good 10+lbs. I can't hear it running no vibration squeeky sounds ECT. Shipping was fast. Over all it was a really good decision.
